Audition Information

AUDITIONS

Auditions/ participation in the play "Melissa Tunes In" will  be available to 7th and 8th grade students.  


Students interested in auditioning DO NOT have to be enrolled in a chorus or drama class.  Auditions are open to all 7th and 8th grade students at PJHS.


Audition monologue options are below in PDF form.  Any student auditioning should choose ONE monologue to memorize.  A sign-up sheet will be located in the chorus room.  auditioners should sign up for a 5-minute time slot on one of the two days.


Audition Dates:

Monday, August 19th from 2:40-4:00 pm

Tuesday, August 20th from 2:40-4:00 pm

REHEARSALS

Rehearsals are held every Friday from 2:45 pm - 4:15 pm .


Pick-up is in front of the new main office.

PERFORMANCES and TICKETS

Thursday, November 14th

5:00 pm - Doors open for Dinner

6:30 pm - The Show starts in the PJHS Auditorium


Friday, November 15th

5:00 pm - Doors open for Dinner

6:30 pm - The Show starts in the PJHS Auditorium


TICKETS: $10.00 each (includes dinner and the show)


ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY BACK INTO THE PJHS CHORUS AND DRAMA PROGRAMS.
